What is the return policy?
You may return or exchange any unworn garments only with hanging tags still attached. Please mail your return or exchange within 14 days of the received order. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer and returns can be shipped to 8 Heartwood Court, Savannah, Georgia 31411. Please note size for exchange or if you wish to return on the packing slip along with your order #.
What are the shipping options?
We ship by UPS Ground and USPS priority at an $5.00 Flat Rate or expedited for a flat rate of $8.00. Two day shipping is available upon request by emailing support@40lime.com.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship nationally in the USA at this time. You will pay a 7% Georgia state tax on each order.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days when ordering before 11AM EST. The order will arrive within 5-7 days by UPS or USPS.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Email support@40lime.com and we will get you a tracking number.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
All returns require a return form you can download here and place in your return bag or box.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Email support@40lime.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to make changes. If you receive the order and need to exchange it for another size, you will need to pay the cost for returning the garments.

What is the material and how should I take care of it?
The materials vary. The fabrics are absorbent quick dry shell and underwear. Some skirts are made with 90% polyester and 10% spandex. We recommend washing the skirts on regular cycle in cold water and also hang drying the skirt before wearing again.
Where do the materials come from?
All the products and materials are made and manufactured in China. Many of the skirt fabrics are custom screen printed from original art.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Please note the size guide varies per the skirt. Click on the link below the garment for individual size guides and note how the garment fits in the description based on bust waist and hip measurements. We recommend that you order according to your regular size listed on the description.
